Slow questions, clear answers
I'm Jessa-Bhel — licensed broker (PRC No. 0032817) and a little obsessed with cool-climate land. I started in property management and have been selling farm lots full-time since 2016.
My approach is simple: we figure out your real budget first, then I only show you farm lots that fit it. Titles checked, boundaries walked, no surprise fees and no "last lot today" games. I'll tell you when a property isn't right for you, even if it costs me the sale.
